Assault Incident Reported at Bailey Boushay House

The Seattle Police Department has reported an alleged assault incident that took place at the Bailey Boushay House, located at 2720 E Madison St, on February 15, 2025. Officers Giosia Rosheger and Hardy responded to the call at approximately 1:57 PM.
According to the police report, the suspect, identified as Natasha Scott, had reportedly assaulted a staff member earlier in the day with a bike frame and was attempting to re-enter the facility. The suspect was described as a female in her 30s, wearing a yellow knit hat.
The victim, Geecer Enoc Zelaya, a housekeeper at the Bailey Boushay House, claimed that Scott approached him, lassoed him with a metal hoop, and subsequently struck him on the side of the head. Zelaya reported pain in his left temple but no visible injuries were noted by officers at the scene.
Security footage corroborated Zelaya's account of the incident; however, the facility declined to release the footage without a warrant. Scott reportedly left the scene on a bus before officers arrived, concluding the police's involvement at the time.
The incident remains under investigation by the Seattle Police Department as they continue to gather information regarding the event.
